Build a life and a business that's actually yours.

A four-week virtual summer camp.

Led by Kylie Swanson, Claudia Harrington, and Tara Teal. Each week, one theme — clarity, systems, visibility, money. Live Tuesday evenings, plus the work in between.

You're here because something in you said yes.

We saved you a seat.

You know the life you want to be living.

You can see it clearly. The routine, the habits, the work that's actually yours — days where you're building something instead of just getting through them.

You're not confused about where you're going. You're stuck on how to start.

So you wait. You pick a date in your head, some Monday or some someday, and when it comes, you move it.

You keep telling yourself this is the year you start showing up — posting, making the thing, putting yourself out there the way you keep picturing. And then it slips under everything else, another year goes by, and nothing's actually changed.

It isn't that you don't want it. It's that nobody's waiting on you to begin. There's no one to answer to but yourself, and that makes it too easy to keep pushing off.

And underneath all of it is the old voice — the one that says you have to be perfect before you're seen. That you need the niche, the following, the whole plan figured out first. That it's too late, and everyone worth watching already got there before you.

So you stay put. Knowing exactly what you want, and no closer to actually living it.

Camp Influence is where you begin.

01 · One idea

Each week, one theme — clarity, systems, visibility, money. A live gathering on Tuesday evenings, the work in between, and the three of us in the room the whole way through.

03 · Four weeks

You've been trying to build it alone — in your head, on your own time, with no one waiting on you. Alongside other women, on a rhythm that expects you, it finally leaves your head and becomes real.

02 · The shift

Four weeks from now, the thing you keep meaning to start is started — not perfect, not finished, but in motion. You stop rehearsing the life you want and begin living inside it.

What you walk away with

The women who become your community. The habit of being seen before you feel ready. And the proof, in your own hands, that starting was never the hard part.

Is this for me?

it's for you if

  • You know the life you want, and you're done waiting to feel ready to live it

  • You keep naming a start date, then quietly moving it

  • You want to be visible online but freeze on what to say, or who to be

  • You've made something real, and you're tired of doing it alone

  • You've been playing it smaller than you actually are

it's not for you if

  • You're after a follower hack or a marketing course — this isn't that

  • You want a quick fix you can do quietly from the sidelines

  • You'd rather keep meaning to start than actually start

  • You'd rather work alone than be in a room with other women

  • You're not ready to be seen, or honest about what you want

the four weeks

One live gathering each Tuesday, 8pm ET — recorded and yours to keep. The work happens in between.

  • 01 clarity: Find what you already have

You already know what you want. You've said it to yourself a hundred times. This week is about making it specific enough to actually build on, and taking honest stock of everything you're already carrying that you've been brushing off as nothing. You have more to work with than you think, and that's where we start.

    The leap

Get specific about the life you're building — and take stock of what you already have to build it with.

    Tue Jul 28

  • 02 systems: Build the structure that holds it

Wanting it was never the problem. Structure was. This week you build the real scaffolding: the routines, the schedule, the small systems that turn "I keep meaning to" into something that just happens on its own. It isn't a rigid productivity overhaul. It's a rhythm that fits the life you named in week one.

    The leap

Design your weekly rhythm — the structure that makes showing up the default instead of the fight.

    Tue Aug 4

  • 03 visibility: Let yourself be seen

This is the week you stop rehearsing and actually post. You'll work through whatever's been keeping you quiet, the voice that says it has to be perfect first, the one that asks who you think you are. And then you put something real into the world, with a room full of women who want you to. It's a different thing entirely, doing it the first time with people behind you instead of alone. So you do it here.

    The leap

Publish one real piece of visible work, shipped from inside the room instead of by yourself.

    Tue Aug 11

  • 04 money: Understand how it actually works

The week no one ever gives you straight. How money really moves as a creator: what brand deals are worth, how rates get set, how partnerships actually come together, what's realistic and what's just the highlight reel. No mystique and no gatekeeping — the real version, from three women who've lived inside it.

    The leap

Leave knowing how creator income actually works — rates, brand deals, and what's real.

When the four weeks are up, you leave with:

— Habits and systems that are already running, not a plan to build them
— A clear read on what you're building, and what you have to build it with
— Proof you can do the hard thing, because you'll have already done it
— A real understanding of how creator income works: rates, brand deals, what's actually true
— A community that keeps going: the private group and the women in it, long after camp ends

the structure

  • the gatherings

Four live calls, all three of us

Every Tuesday at 8pm EST. Ninety minutes, the whole camp together, live. We teach the week, work it through with you, and answer what you bring. This is the center of camp.

  • the dare

    One a week

Each week, the whole camp takes one dare together — the small, slightly-scary thing that moves you forward. Say what you want. Commit your plan. Post the thing. Say your number. The ask grows as you do. You never take it alone.

  • the community

    Your people, all four weeks

A private space that's just ours, where camp keeps going between Tuesdays. Where you take your dare, get cheered on, and find the women who turn from strangers into the ones who stay.

  • the recordings

    Yours to keep

Every gathering is recorded. Miss one, watch it later. Loved one, watch it again. They don't disappear when camp ends.

  • the guests

    A surprise or two

Somewhere in the four weeks, a friend of camp drops in — a voice worth hearing, brought in to add something we can't. You'll know who when they walk in.

  • The outcome

    What you'll walk away with

A clear read on what you're working with. You know what you want. What you'll leave with is the full inventory of what you already have to build it — the skills, the story, the value you'd been waving off as nothing special. More to work with than you walked in believing.

Most importantly: Proof you can do the hard thing. By the end you'll have already done it — posted, asked, said the number out loud, with the whole camp behind you. Not a plan for someday. Evidence, in your own hands, that starting was never the part you couldn't do.

  • Kylie swanson

    @kylieswanson

Hi, I'm Kylie. I'm the founder of Camp Kylie, the curated women's retreats this grew from — Newport, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard. I built the first half of my life by someone else's rules, walked away from it at 32, and spent the years since building a life that's actually mine. Camp became how I bring other women into the room to do the same. Camp Influence is the virtual version — everything I've learned about building a life, and a business, that truly belongs to you.

  • claudia harrington

    @claudiaaharrington

Hi, I'm Claudia. I'm a content creator, recipe developer, and storyteller who turned a passion for cooking and New England living into my dream career. After studying at an organic farm school, I paired my love of seasonal cooking with content, grew two social media brands — one of them with my golden retriever, Ralph — and replaced my corporate salary. Today I share recipes, travel, and lifestyle with a community of over a million, working with some of my favorite brands. At Camp Influence, I'm sharing everything I've learned to help you grow your audience, land the partnerships you want, and build a business doing what you love.

  • tara teal

    @rhodeislandfoodandtravel

Hi, I'm Tara. I'm a content creator based in Rhode Island, where I cover food, travel, a little lifestyle, and a lot of summer. I've built a life I love in the smallest state, and sharing it has always felt less like content and more like inviting people along. Five years ago I started making content with no plan and no idea where it would go. I didn't know what I was doing. I just did it. The wins, the flops, all the figuring it out in real time — every part of it taught me something, and somewhere along the way it grew into a career I never could have mapped, full of work I love and partnerships I once thought impossible. At Camp Influence, I'm sharing all of it — the strategy, the honest lessons, everything I learned the long way around — to help you find your voice, show up when it feels scary, and build a life around the thing you love..
